Sana Travels Umrah Cancellation Policy
Please note: Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation. We encourage you to review this policy carefully before booking your Umrah travel arrangements.
Cancellation Charges:
30 – 15 Days Before Departure: A flat non-refundable fee of ₹10,000 will be deducted.
Airfare: Refunds for airline tickets are subject to the airline’s specific policies. Sana Travels is not responsible for any cancellation fees or charges associated with airfare. In cases where vacant seats are available on your flight, applicable charges may apply for rebooking.
Visas: Unfortunately, there are no refunds for issued visas.
Hotel Accommodations: Hotel cancellation policies vary. Please refer to the specific hotel’s cancellation terms for details.
Within 15 Days of Departure: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of your departure date.
