Sanatravels will henceforth be referred to as “Sana Travels”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”. Users of our services will be referred to as “Guests”, “customers”, “tourists”, or “travelers”.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Domestic and International Tours, Customized Holidays, Umrah & Hajj, and Corporate Tours organized by Sana Travels.

- Sanatravels: The brand name and company itself.
- Guests: Customers, tourists, travelers, or visitors who book tours with Sanatravels.
Tour Types
- Tours: Domestic and International tours organized by Sanatravels.
- FIT: Free Independent Travel – customized tours for individual travelers.
- GIT: Group Inclusive Tour – pre-designed tours for groups.
- Customized Holidays: Tailored tours designed according to individual guest requirements.
- India Inbound: Tours designed for non-residents to explore India.
- Specialty Tours: Themed tours like Honeymoon Special, Women’s Special, etc.
- Corporate Tours (MICE): Meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, etc.
Partners & Suppliers
- PSPs (Preferred Sales Partners): Sanatravels authorized travel agents.
- Contractors/Suppliers: Providers of travel infrastructure (hotels, airlines, etc.).
Tour Information
- Tour Price: Cost mentioned in brochures, online platforms, including taxes.
- Force Majeure: Unforeseen events beyond Sanatravels’ control affecting tours.
- Extra Mattress: Additional sleeping arrangements on tours (roll-away mattress domestically, extra bed internationally).
- Brochure: Printed materials, website content, itineraries, leaflets, etc.

- Jain Food: Food without onion and garlic served during tours.
- Meal: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or snacks included in tours.
- Tour Manager/Leader/Escort/Assistant: Guides who assist guests during tours.
Legal & Other
- Gender: Masculine gender includes feminine, singular includes plural (and vice versa).
- Severability: If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions are enforceable.
- Visa: Permission to enter a country for a temporary stay.
- Cancellation Policy: Charges levied for tour cancellations.
- Visa Cancellation Policy: Charges due to visa issues.
- Jurisdiction: Geographical area where a court or government body has authority.
- Dispute Resolution: Mumbai High Courts / Forums have exclusive jurisdiction.
Terms and Conditions include Booking criteria, Tour Payment, Booking Form, Web Pages, Brochure, Cancellation Policy, Itinerary, and other notified documents.
